We prepare the hotel for opening while it is being built, so that the operational start lines up with the investment schedule. We plan the staffing structure, recruit the team and prepare the pre-opening budget. At the right stage we also draw up an initial forecast of revenue and costs for the first year of trading.
During construction we work closely with the architects, structural engineers and specialist designers, so that the public areas, rooms and back of house are functional and suited to the hotel’s day-to-day work. We help refine the details of fixtures and furniture, always from the guest’s point of view. Early on we also bring in the IT and hotel automation systems that directly affect the interior design.
