Hotel Professionals was founded in 2014 by the former Hospitality team at Colliers International Poland. We built an independent firm focused entirely on hotel market analysis, feasibility, valuation, transactions and owner advice.
Hotel Professionals specialises in investment advisory, while Hotel Professionals Management Group (HPMG) provides operational advice and manages our clients' hotels. That makes us the only firm combining both sides — analysis and operating practice — across almost every stage of a project's life.
Our experience also covers MICE venues, condo and apart hotels, serviced apartments, SPA and wellness facilities, food-and-beverage venues, casinos and entertainment centres, and mixed-use destinations.
