As part of the first phase of cooperation Hotel Professionals prepared the feasibility study, further advised the investor in the brand selection process and advised in the process of negotiating business terms of the franchise agreement with Marriott International for the Autograph Collection brand.

The first in Poland franchise agreement for the Autograph Collection brand was concluded in October 2016. The investment was based on the adaptation of the historical buildings of the Branicki and Szaniawski Palaces into a unique hotel product addressed to the most demanding guests.

Hotel Verte, Warsaw, Autograph Collection began its operations in November 2022.
