The first AC Hotels by Marriott in Warsaw

Marriott International’s modern visionary brand will soon make its debut on the Warsaw market. The investor Westgate Sp. z o. o., supported by its exclusive hotel advisory company Hotel Professionals Sp. z o. o. entered into a franchise agreement with Marriot International for the first AC Hotels by Marriott hotel in Warsaw and second hotel of this brand in Poland.

The new hotel will be located on Aleje Jerozolimskie near the Blue City shopping mall and Dworzec Zachodni railway station.

AC Hotels by Marriott is a midscale designer brand by Marriott International, targeted to the new generation of hotel guests. AC by Marriott hotels are known for their sleek, modern design in both public spaces and guest rooms, as well as their AC Lounge which functions as a co-working space by day, and transforms into a hub of nightlife in the evening. They represent a whole new hotel category, catering to young travelers, both business and leisure guests. These customers value unique modern spaces in well-connected urban landscapes, as well as a high level of service, including the latest technology, all at an affordable price.

AC Hotels by Marriott in Warsaw will be located at Al. Jerozolimskie 144, in close proximity to the Dworzec Zachodni railway station, as well as the Blue City shopping mall and will be situated in what is today the third most developed office region in the city. The new facility will offer ca. 260 rooms, conference space, as well as a restaurant and a sky bar with a panoramic view on the top floor.

From the very beginning of planning phase, the investor was supported by hotel advisory company – Hotel Professionals Sp. z o.o., who also represented the investor during negotiations with Marriott International, which resulted in the signing of a franchise agreement. Hotel Professionals Management Group was also appointed as the management company for the AC Hotels by Marriott in Warsaw.
