After 7 months of the COVID-19 pandemic, the hotel sector in Poland has gone through a nearly full lockdown, to a gradual re-opening and is now past the summer season. Selected resort locations had a boost in occupancies in July and August, while key cities have still reported low occupancies, however showing month-over-month growth. The fall and winter seasons are still before us.
The most difficult situation is in investments due to uncertainty. Currently loans for new hotels are almost unattainable, however, this situation is temporary. As history has shown, the hotel sector is resilient to shocks and the rebound will come. Join our webinar to hear what our panel of hospitality experts have to say on the current situation and upcoming future and take part in our Q&A session!
