Hotel Professionals Management Group was responsible for development advisory during the construction phase and for the management of Moxy Warsaw Praga in the pre-opening phase, including in particular for preapring the hotel for its opening, which took place in February 2019. HPMG launched the hotel to the market and was repsonsible for managing the hotel's day-to-day operations for 23 months.

As of February 1st 2021, due to changes in the commercialization strategy, Moxy Warsaw Praga, which has been managed via a management contract, will now be managed via a lease contract. The new lease operator is Dobry Hotel.

In 2019, the hotel had a leading position in Marriott International's internal rankings. In the opinion of Marriott International's customers, Moxy Warsaw Praga, managed by Hotel Professionals Management Group, was ahead of 30 other properties operating under this brand in Europe. The guests awarded Moxy Warsaw Praga the most points, incl. in terms of recommendability and guest satisfaction.

The recent Captain of Moxy Warsaw Praga on behalf of HPMG was Katalin Vajda, who at the end of last year was appreciated and distinguished in an internal plebiscite organized by the Marriott International chain, receiving the title of Captain of the Year 2019 among 71 submitted Moxy properties around the world.

- The Hotel Professionals team supported the investors of Centrum Praskie Koneser as a hotel advisor already in the initial stages of the Moxy project.
