It gives us great pleasure to share that the state-of-the-art dual-branded Crowne Plaza Warsaw – The HUB and Holiday Inn Express Warsaw – The HUB hotel had its soft opening last Saturday. We are proud to announce that our Hotel Professionals Advisory & Management Teams have been engaged in the project from the very beginning of its conceptual phase, through brand and operator search & negotiations, and finally provided development advisory services during the construction phase.

We congratulate Ghelamco Poland and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) on delivering an amazing product and introducing the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel to Poland!

Hotel Professionals supported the investor from the very beginning since 2015, when the team recevied a mandate to prepare a feasbility study, followed by assisting the investor in the selection of the hotel operator and negotiating business terms of the management contract with IHG and providing architectural consultations. Hotel Professionals Management Group was selected as the asset management company and has provided development advisory services till the opening date.

The Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express Warsaw Hub complex offers a total of 430 rooms which are operated by the InterContitental Hotels Group chain. It is the largest hotel development to open this year and first hotel under the Crowne Plaza brand.
