Krakow Airport Hotel announces the signing of a letter of intent with the Accor Group for a new hotel operating under the designer lifestyle brand TRIBE, to be developed at Kraków Airport in Balice.

Hotel Professionals played a key role in the brand selection process and the negotiation of terms, advising the investor at every stage of this strategic project.

The new property will offer guests 170 midscale rooms, a restaurant with a cocktail bar, and an intimate conference space — fitting seamlessly into the growing trend of lifestyle design hotels in prime transport hub locations.

Poland will thus welcome its second TRIBE-branded hotel, and Hotel Professionals further confirms its position as a trusted partner for hotel investors in brand selection processes and franchise agreement negotiations with the world’s leading hotel groups.
