Our cooperation with the owners of LIM Center & Marriott began in 2006 when our team together with Colliers International’s Valuation and Advisory Department received the mandate to provide a valuation of the LIM Center including the Marriott Hotel. Since then, our team has been tasked to provide valuation services on a yearly basis. Apart from valuations, our team was engaged to renegotiate the hotel’s management contract with Marriott International and to perform an operational audit on the hotel. Due to our long-standing relationship with the client, we provide ongoing advisory services to the ownership on a regular basis.
