Our team conducted the feasibility study, brand & aquisition process & asset management for the Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Express mixed-use project.
Hotel Professionals conducted the hotel feasibility study for this dual-branded hotel part of the sepctacular mixed-use project – Warsaw Hub. We advised and represented the client during the brand search and negotiation process which resulted in the signing of the management contract with the InterContinental Hotels Group chain for the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express brands. Most recently, Hotel Professionals Management Group was engaged in the project as an advisor in the development process of the hotel investment, which resulted in a succesfull opening in Q4 2020.
