As part of the first phase of cooperation, the Hotel Professionals team prepared a feasibility study and then advised the investor in the brand selection process and in negotiating the business terms of the franchise agreement with the Accor Hotels chain for the Mercure brand.

As part of the second phase of cooperation, the Hotel Professionals Management Group team was selected to advise on the design and construction of the hotel and to manage the hotel during the pre-opening and after the opening of the Mercure Szczyrk Resort.

The hotel will offer 453 spacious rooms, most of which will have a southern exposure and a wonderful view of the panorama of the Beskid Śląski mountains. Guests will have two restaurants serving dishes referring to the best traditions of local cuisine and three bars at their disposal. There will also be a fitness center and a water park with many attractions. For business guests, the hotel will provide a spacious banquet and conference center.
