Our team has a total of more than 100 years of combined hotel real estate and hotel operational experience. Together we have worked on more than 350 projects across Central & Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-based research and analysis, prepare and update hotel market databases
• Assist in the preparation of Feasibility Studies, Investment Memorandums and other reports
• Assist in creating and publishing of PR and marketing materials, as well as social media content
• Prepare proposals for the company’s clients
• Participation in hotel market related webinars and meetings with clients
• Assist in daily office service and administration

Qualifications & Skills

• Advanced English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree or during studies or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous research and hotel market experience
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as client support capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, as a strong team player.
