Magda Konaszewska plays a key role at Hotel Professionals, where she is responsible for all formal and organizational aspects, as well as for the execution and coordination of assignments. She oversees the entire client service process—from the initial contact and proposal preparation to contract drafting and project execution. Additionally, Magda is involved in assignment execution, creating feasibility studies, drafting memoranda, providing operational consultations, and facilitating the sale and purchase of real estate, as well as the acquisition of hotel brands or operators.

Her extensive experience comes from collaborating with leading industry specialists over a 17-year career. She was part of the Hospitality team at Colliers International Poland for 7 years and then spent another 10 years as a partner at Hotel Professionals. During this time, she participated in hundreds of assignments, which allowed her to gain valuable skills and knowledge. Additionally, she is an expert in sustainability (ESG), both within the company’s activities and in providing client support in this area.
