Patrick, being the son of a hotelier, lived in many hotels throughout the world from the day he was born. In his late teens and early twenties, Patrick worked in several hotel departments in order to understand the business from the ground up.

Building upon this experience, Patrick embarked on his professional hotel real estate career in 2007. He meticulously honed his skills in preparing feasibility studies, hotel brand acquisitions and market studies and then progressed to financial analysis and architectural planning.

Since 2016 Patrick has been primarily focused on supporting our clients with the opening of their hotel assets and has since help open 9 properties coordinating activities between hotel chains, investors and project general contractors and subcontractors.

Driven by a keen interest in the ever-evolving hotel landscape, particularly technological advancements and guest experience trends, Patrick actively seeks out cutting-edge solutions that optimize hotel operations, elevate guest experiences, and deliver the best value for hotel investors.
