Monika at Hotel Professionals is mainly responsible for preparing hotel investment feasibility studies, real estate market reports and investment memoranda, research and upkeeping of internal hotel database and the preparation of annual market reports. In addition, she is supporting HPMG with issues connected to sales & marketing for new hotel projects.

Monika has been involved in the hotel industry for 32 years. During that time she has worked in various hotel departments, including HR and food and beverage, but has spent most of her career being responsible for sales. She developed her competencies in chains such as Radisson Hotels, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group and Marriott International, as well as internationally with the Kempinski Hotels chain. She held the position of Deputy Director of Sales at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Warsaw and Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw.
