We are happy to announce that Ghelamco Poland Sp. z o. o., supported by its exclusive hotel advisory company Hotel Professionals Sp. z o. o., entered into a management contract with InterContinental Hotels Group for the dual-branded Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotel in Poland. The new hotel is under development as part of the mixed-use investment – The Warsaw HUB, which will become the city’s new and exciting business hub.

During the planning phases of the hotel investment, the investor was supported by our Hotel Professionals team, who prepared the feasibility study for the hotel component of the project, and later took part in the negotiation phase with InterContinental Hotels Group, while determining the business conditions of the management contract. Currently, Hotel Professionals has been selected as an advisor in the development process of the hotel investment.
