Our Deal: New Hotel in Szczyrk - Mercure Szczyrk Resort
Hotel Professionals sp. z o.o. advised the Investor in talks with the Accor chain regarding the selection of the brand and in determining the business terms of the franchise agreement for the new Mercure Szczyrk Resort hotel.
Changes at Moxy Warsaw Praga
Hotel Professionals Management Group was responsible for development advisory during the construction phase and for the management of Moxy Warsaw Praga in the pre-opening phase, including in particular for preapring the hotel for its opening, which took place in February 2019. HPMG launched the hotel to the market and was repsonsible for managing the hotel's day-to-day operations for 23 months.

Marvipol signed a franchise agreement for the Movenpick brand in Kołobrzeg
Marvipol Development concluded a franchise agreement with the Accor Group based on which a 266-room hotel in Kołoborzeg will be developed under the Mövenpick brand. The Hotel Professionals Team supported Marvipol in the brand selection process and advised the company in negotiating business terms of the franchise agreement with Accor.

How to save the hotel market in Poland?
Two weeks ago, in my last aviso, I mentioned the Polish government will have to pursue a Memorandum of Understanding with the Polish banks to arrange and agree to postpone (unconditionally) all hotel related loan debts of the hotels in Poland till end of 2020. There is some positive movement on this with banks in Poland.
