Our engagement in this project began from the very beginning in 2009 when our team was tasked by the investor to conduct a feasibility study for a hotel in Kraków’s Balice Airport. Upon the successful completion of the study, our client gave us the mandate to acquire a global hotel brand and negotiate the terms on their behalf. Once we successfully obtained the Hilton Garden Inn brand, Hotel Professionals remained as the main advisor to the investor during the design phase of the hotel.
