Our team was engaged by the investor to conduct a Feasibility Study for a 4-star hotel project located within a new shopping mall in Brzeg. Upon the successful completion of the Feasibility Study, Hotel Professionals was appointed as the exclusive agent for conducting the brand search process and negotiation of the franchise license agreement, which was completed by signing the contract with Best Western International. Hotel Professionals, as the selected consultant, is also engaged in the preopening process of the hotel. This assignment will continue after the hotel is opened.
