Suntago Village has a General Manager

With the beginning of February 2019 Jerzy Podeszewski representing Hotel Professionals Management Group took on the position of the General Manager of the year-round village of recreational houses of the Suntago Village, soon to open as part of the Park of Poland complex.

Suntago Village is the first component of the accommodation base of the largest roofed waterpark in Europe, which is currently under construction in Wręcza near Mszczonów.

The first phase of the Suntago Village will consist of ca. 100 modular recreational Cabaña homes, a children’s play area and a grilling zone. The Village will also have a Hub style building with a reception area and mini store. The opening is planned for Q3 2019. In the future the investor does not exclude expanding the Village’s offer by adding an additional ca. 100 homes. Hotel Professionals Management Group (HPMG) is appointed the management company of the Village in the pre-opening phase and after the Village is open for guests. HPMG is also the strategic advisor to the investor for the remaining accommodation facilities within the Park of Poland development.

Jerzy Podeszewski joined Hotel Professionals Management Group in May 2018, taking on the post of Director of Asset and Hotel Management.

Jerzy has been active in the hotel industry for over 25 years. He began his career in 1992 in Szczecin where for 7 years he served as Banquet and Conference Department Manager at the 4-star Radisson SAS hotel. In the following years Jerzy was connected with multiple hotels, both globally branded and unaffiliated facilities, including hotels of the Holiday Inn brand in Kraków and Katowice, the Intercontinental hotel in Warsaw, the Andel’s hotel in Kraków, SPA Dr Irena Eris Wzgórza Dylewskie, or Baltic Plaza Hotel MediSPA & fit in Kołobrzeg. Before joining HPMG, for the second time Jerzy held the position of General Director at Grand Hotel Rzeszów.

Apart from Suntago Village the accommodation offer of Park of Poland will consist of two hotels representing the 4- and 5-star segments. The 4-star hotel will be the first one to greet guests. It is scheduled for opening in 2021. Both hotels will offer over 700 bed places. The accommodation component of Park of Poland will be managed by Hotel Professionals Management Group.
