Hotel Professionals Management Group is growing!

With the beginning of April Hotel Professionals Management (HPMG) gained a new team member - Katarzyna Stiller-Romanowska who took on the position of Director of Hotel Operations.

Katarzyna has been involved in the hotel industry for 16 years. During this time, she actively developed her experience and knowledge in international hotel chains such as InterContinental Hotels Group, Accor Hotels, IBB Hotels, and Hilton Worldwide. In addition, Katarzyna worked as a consultant for the Hospitality team in Colliers International's consulting firm, from which Hotel Professionals originated.

Katarzyna began her experience with the hospitality sector in 2001 as a member of the Holiday Inn opening team in Kraków, where she was responsible for administrative and HR matters. In 2003 she took on the position of Conference and Banquet Sales Manager being part of the InterContinental opening team in Warsaw. In 2012, given her previous professional experience, she was invited to cooperate in the opening of the third globally branded hotel on her career path. This time it was the biggest in terms of conference space Hilton facility in Europe - DoubleTree by Hilton Warsaw. Holding the position of the hotel’s Brand Ambassador and Guest Relations Manager, Katarzyna cooperated closely with the Hilton chain, while in the past 2.5 years as Director of Conference and Banquet Sales, she managed a team of over 10 salespersons and event coordinators.

As part of the Hotel Professionals Management Group team Katarzyna will be primarily responsible for coordinating the pre-opening and opening process of hotels managed by the company. In addition to that, Katarzyna supports the board of directors and general directors of individual hotels on all current operational, administrative and HR issues, as well as developing hotel budgets and marketing and sales plans.
