Hampton by Hilton Oświęcim greeted its first guests on April 27. The investor is NPP Hotele sp. z o.o. (part of the Unirest group), while the company responsible for the development process was Property Partner Investments.

The hotel is managed by Hotel Professionals Management Group sp. z o.o. It is the second hotel of the Hampton by Hilton brand in Unirest group’s portfolio. The first hotel is Hampton by Hilton Gdańsk-Oliwa, which opened in Q4 2017.

The real estate on which the hotel was developed (2 Dąbrowskiego Street) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Main Market Square and the Oświęcim Castle raised on the top of a hill, on the right bank of the River Soła.

The hotel has 4 above-ground floors and 2-underground stories. The underground levels have 51 parking spaces dedicated to hotel guests and a fitness room with a picturesque view of the Soła river. The ground floor hosts the reception area, 4 conference rooms, a work-zone accessible for all hotel guests and a restaurant. A total of 120 guest rooms are located on the remaining floors. Given the hotel’s location within steps of the old town with a historical architectural layout, the project had to be approved by the historic buildings conservator. Special materials were used for the building’s exterior elevation, including clinker brick and fiber cement slates.

The hotel’s architectural project was prepared by a Oświęcim based company – Susuł&Strama Architekci, the general contractor was Condite sp. z o.o. Sp. K., a company from Kielce.
