Our team conducted the Feasibility Study for this unique hotel project, which is part of the spectacular Centrum Praskie Koneser mixed-use investment within Warsaw’s Praga district. We advised and represented the client during the brand search and negotiation process which resulted in the acquisition of Marriott International’s Moxy hotel brand. Hotel Professionals Management Group - Hotel Professionals' sister company, has been involved in the construction and pre-opening process and was the operator of the hotel until Q1 2021 based on a management contract. The change of the management company in Q1 2021 was a result of the change of the commercialization startegy from management contract to lease agreement. Moxy Warsaw Praga opened in Q1 2019, offering 141 rooms.
